Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YOUNIFIEDD's website, marketing pages, and mobile/web application (together, the "Service"), operated by YOUNIFIEDD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

YOUNIFIEDD is a coaching operating system offering personalized training plans, AI-analyzed nutrition tracking, an AI coach grounded in your own data, progress reporting, and related coaching features, delivered through a subscription accessed via the app.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in abusive behavior toward our team or other members.

4. Subscriptions & payment

• Access to coaching plans is provided on a subscription basis, billed for the duration you select at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor — we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.
• Prices, plan structures, and features may be updated from time to time; changes apply to new purchases, not to a plan you've already paid for during its active term.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout — you'll be notified before any renewal charge where auto-renewal applies.

5. Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase:

• 14-day satisfaction window: if the program genuinely isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided you've engaged with the onboarding/assessment process in good faith.
• How to request: email rohan@younifiedd.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 70060 71495 with your registered email/phone and the reason for the request.
• Processing time: approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• After 14 days: we don't offer refunds for the remaining, unused portion of a plan once the satisfaction window has passed, since coaching resources and AI usage are allocated for the full term.
• Cancellation: you can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings inside the app or by contacting us — cancellation stops future renewal charges but doesn't retroactively refund the current term outside the 14-day window above.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, disrupting the platform's operation, reverse-engineering the app, or using the AI Coach to request medically unsafe or harmful guidance. Fitness and nutrition guidance provided through the Service is general in nature and does not replace advice from a qualified medical professional; consult your doctor before starting any new training or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, training methodology, and software that make up the Service belong to YOUNIFIEDD or its licensors. You're granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own fitness journey — not to copy, resell, or redistribute it.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." While we work to keep guidance accurate and the platform reliable, we don't guarantee specific fitness results, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted where practical.
